One person, start to finish.

I have been doing this for 8 years, and I do it because I like solving concrete problems. I have no formula: every business has its own habits, and the tool should fit those rather than the other way round.

I do not expect you to know what you need, that part is mine. You tell me what is costing you time, I tell you whether I can solve it, what it costs and how long it takes. If I am not the right person, I say so without dressing it up.

I try to build little and build it well. A program full of features nobody uses gets paid for twice: once when you buy it, and again every time you have to find the button you need inside it.

When I hand it over, I try to leave you something you can use without me. I stay reachable because that comes up, not because I have tied your hands.
